The 1st Infantry Division (or the "Big Red One" after its shoulder patch), is an United States Army infantry division. It is the oldest division In the United States Army. The 1st Infantry Division participates in every European campaign in World War II, including those in the North African Campaign. It appears in Call of Duty: Finest Hour and Call of Duty 2: Big Red One.

Call of Duty 2: Big Red OneEdit

In Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, the player takes control of Pvt. Roland Roger of the 1st Infantry Division, 16th Mechanized Infantry Regiment, Fox Company. The game allows the player to experience every major campaign the division was involved in during World War II.
