Rebirth Island
Edit
The squad was led by CIA operatives, Jason Hudson. However, on their way to Steiner's labs, they were held back by many Soviet soldiers who were defending him. Near the beginning of the assault, the enemy troops released Nova 6. Alpha Squad had to put on HazMat suits to defend themselves.
Once they infiltrated Steiner's lab, they were left in the aftermath of a massacre by Alex Mason, who was trying to get to Steiner before Alpha Squad did. He succeeded. Weaver, Hudson, and Private Nash only got to watch as Mason murdered Steiner. Weaver and Hudson broke into the room, and knocked Mason out.
Their mission failed, Weaver and Hudson brought Mason to be interrogated.
The Rusalka

Later, in Redemption, Alpha Team assists Yankee Team in getting to the lower decks. They succeed, although most members of Alpha are killed, and Mason and Hudson try and kill Dragovich alone.
