Aspyr Media, Inc. is an Austin, Texas, USA based company that specializes in porting Windows games to the Mac OS platform. It has been in business since 1996, and as of 2003 owns sixty percent of the Mac entertainment market. Aspyr has worked closely with partners like Universal, Paramount, Warner Bros., LucasArts, Electronic Arts, Activision and Eidos Interactive to bring various Windows games to the Macintosh platform.

Relationship to the Call of Duty series Edit

Aspyr Media ported Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Call of Duty: Black Ops to OS X.
