Staff Sergeant Augustine Perez is a playable character in Call of Duty: WWII. He is the commander of a M4 Sherman. He was wounded after his tank was knocked out by a German Tiger II in the level Hill 493, forcing him and his crew to bail out of the tank.
In Operation Cobra, he displays little sympathy for Wehrmacht soldiers, referring to a burning body of one a "barbeque". When Daniels objects to his callousness, saying "That’s someone's son!", Perez replys, "Nah, it's a kraut!". He knows what happened at the Battle of Kasserine Pass and the reason Pierson is so harsh.
