Colonel Barber is a character in Modern Warfare 2: Ghost.
Biography
At one point during his career, he was captured and brainwashed by Manuel Roba. He was sent back to the U.S., and stayed at RAF Bonnington to watch Kevin Sparks and Marcus Washington. When the two were killed, he made sure that the U.S. Army didn't know about it and watched the footage of the night the two were killed. He saw a masked man that he knew to be Simon Riley and informed Roba; his fate following the events of Modern Warfare 2: Ghost is unknown.
