Carlos is a Cuban rebel who is seen in the mission "Operation 40." He helps Woods, Mason and Bowman in their assassination plot against Fidel Castro by providing them with intel that Castro is at his old plantation. Carlos also helps them fight their way to their exfil point; an airfield, and is the one who masterminded the escape. He also supplies the cargo plane for the squad to escape on once they reached the airfield and escaped with the team from Cuba.

• His M16 at the beginning of the level has no rear sight/carrying handle.
