[edit] Biography
Commander David Welsh was a member of a British tank division who fought in the deserts of North Africa as Fox Three. David Welsh fought mostly in Libya in the year 1943. The first time in combat Commander David Welsh led the Crusader tanks of Fox squad into a battlefield guarded by Rommel's German panzer tanks. There was a deadly battle and though the Crusaders were outnumbered the battle was soon won. Soon two days later Commander David Welsh led the tanks into a German occupied area and destroyed FlaK 88 guns and some Panzer II tanks. While John Davis (who also serves in the same division) goes on to fight in France, Welsh is abruptly omitted from the story.
One Interesting fact is that there is another soldier named Welsh and can be killed in the deserts of Tunisia.
