The Drone Swarm is a feature of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

SingleplayerEdit

It is large swarm of drones armed with machine guns. The player uses a Car Door to protect themselves. The Drone Swarm is seen in multiple campaign missions such as "Induction", "Utopia", "Collapse", and "Throttle".

In Throttle, the Drone Swarm at the end of the mission unleashes Manticore, contaminates New Baghdad, kills Knox and another Sentinel operative, but spares Mitchell, Gideon, and Ilona because the three of them are former Atlas Corporation members.

MulitplayerEdit

The Drone Swarm is the map scorestreak of Swarm, introduced in the Reckoning DLC. It functions similarly to a Paladin with Guided Missiles. The swarm orbits the map, and the player can fire handfuls of guided drones towards the ground, exploding on impact. Visibility is somewhat obstructed by the swarm itself, though enemies without Blind Eye are marked with red highlights.
