Fourth Killstreak was a cut Call of Duty: World at War Killstreak. When called in, it deploys a battle vehicle depending on the activator's team. The vehicles are:
- Red Army: Katyusha Rocket Launcher
- Wehrmacht: Carpet Bomber
- Marine Raiders: B-17 Flying Fortress
- Imperial Japanese Army: Kamikaze
