From 4:35, it is played in the cinematic introduction mission Prologue, where Soap is being sent for medical treatment; Persona Non Grata whilst defending Soap; Mind the Gap during the train chase sequence and the battle in Westminster Station; Return To Sender at the end of the mission; Bag and Drag during the firefight in the library; Iron Lady whilst Team Metal fights the Ultranationalists in the Eiffel Tower; Blood Brothers whilst escorting wounded Soap to safety; Down the Rabbit Hole while in the elevator; Dust to Dust whilst hunting for Vladimir Makarov and in the Special Ops missions Kill Switch and Vertigo. It is also used in Survival Mode for the Juggernaut rounds and in multiplayer for the Spetsnaz victory theme.
