Echo One-One was the callsign of a Task Force 141 operative appearing in the epilogue mission of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, "Mile High Club".
Hostage Rescue on a Hijacked Airplane[]
Echo One-One appeared alongside One-One Team, comprising of the One-One Operative, Romeo One-One, and Charlie One-One, taking part in rescuing a hostage on a hijacked airplane. After entering, the team fought through the plane, encountering dozens of hostiles, upon reaching a pair of doors on the second floor, the One-One Operative is confronted by the hostage being used as a human shield by an enemy Ultranationalist. The One-One Operative manages to kill him, saving the hostage, however a bomb is revealed to have been armed by the Ultranationalist prior, prompting the team to jump out of the plane with the hostage, though, before Echo One-One could leave the plane, the bomb detonated, killing him and destroying the plane.
