Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare[]

"Hand to hand combat."
— Description

Like with Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Fists are used as a weapon when the player either has no primary and/or secondary weapon equipped.

In Rave in the Redwoods and Shaolin Shuffle, Fists act as the players' starting melee weapon.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4[]

Fists return in Black Ops 4 functioning the same as in previous iterations.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare[]

Fists are only usable in Gunfight.

Some loadouts in standard Gunfight will include the Fists as a secondary weapon. In Gunfight: OSP, Fists serve as each player's starting weapon until another weapon is equipped. They can be switched back to until a second weapon is picked up.

Call of Duty: Warzone & Warzone 2.0[]

In Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, Fists appear in Battle Royale, in which everyone will begin with an X16 and the Fists. The first weapon picked up will always replace the Fists regardless of which weapon the player was holding. The Fists are also available in the Gulag, both while watching other fights and while participating in one.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War[]

Fists are the default weapon in both Multiplayer and Zombies whenever a player swaps to a weapon slot that lacks a weapon.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III[]

Fists return in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. They appear in the Gunfight mode as well as in Zombies.
