If you treat this number as April 7, 1,993, it coincides with a nuclear accident at the Tomsk-7 Nuclear facility in Seversk, Russia. It appears that the zombies have escaped and are now running unchecked in the facility. Also there is a red flashing light indicating a place where they're testing zombies. In one screen, a scientist is shown leading a man into a chamber with the letters BHNMANHE above the door. The scientist then strapes down the man's arms and places a mask over his mouth.
