The Intelligence Support Activity or ISA, also known as Task Force Orange, is a special military unit in the US Army and a faction in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. They are tasked to collect actionable intelligence in advance of missions by other US special operations forces, especially Delta Force and SEAL Team Six.

ISA is mentioned in the cutscene prior to the beginning of mission "Scorched Earth" where ISA cellphone "snipers" were able to triangulate the location of Alena Vorshevsky in Berlin leading to the Delta Force lead rescue operation.

The ISA only make an appearance in multiplayer as one of the playable factions and would appear wearing the same gear as David Mason and his team in the mission Karma. They face the Yemeni Militia in Meltdown, Overflow, Hydro, Yemen, Vertigo, Cove, and Dig then they face the Mercs in Plaza and Slums.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare[]
The Demon Dog Operator Sergeant Alexia "Alice" Valenzuela, served in Task Force Orange, where she was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010. In 2014, Alice and Army Ranger Wayne "D-Day" Davis conducted an unsanctioned rescue mission for Private Grayson Jeffries who was prisoner in a Taliban stronghold in the Kandahar Province. Alexia planned and directed the successful pacification of the stronghold but Jeffries was found dead. As a result, "Alice" was demoted and Davis was discharged under Section 8.

- The bald character models were based on David Vonderhaar, Treyarch's community manager.
- The announcer's quotes at the start of a match suggest they were on a stealth mission prior to the match.
- The voices for the multiplayer characters are voiced by Tank Dempsey voice actor Steve Blum.
- Depending on the map, ISA agents accordingly have different clothing or camouflage than normally seen. (comparatively like the SEALs or Mercs on snow maps)
