Biography[]
Pudovkin was an FSO Agent who became a Commander prior to the hijacking. He was assigned to protect the President of Russia, Boris Vorshevsky, while en route to Hamburg, Germany on a plane along with the President's peace delegation committee. During the trip, Inner Circle members (under Makarov's orders) hijacked the plane with the intent of taking the launch codes from Vorshevsky. During the attack, the plane was forced to an emergency landing and abruptly crashed in an unknown airfield, splitting the aircraft into two. Sometime later after the crash, Pudovkin and fellow FSO agent, Andrei Harkov escaped from the wreckage. Several delegate officials, security members, and others were among the dead and wounded scattered across the crash site. With the complicated situation, both agents forced their way to the President's location despite the intense firefight against the Inner Circle members. They find the President in poor condition, along with delegate member, Vasili Zhukov, and one surviving FSO agent as they escorted the President out. Only to find Makarov and his men waiting inside the helicopter that came to extract them after opening the door. With very little time to react, both Pudovkin and Harkov were shot by Makarov as the Inner Circle members captured Vorshevsky. Among the dead were Zhukov and a FSO agent.
