Impact is a Weapon Proficiency in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

OverviewEdit

This proficiency increases bullet penetration and damage through materials, similar to the perk Deep Impact or the attachment FMJ from previous games.

It can only be equipped on assault rifles, light machine guns and sniper rifles.^[1]

When in use, a puff of gray surrounding a small orb of light can be observed when rounds strike a surface.
