Intersection is a Face Off map set in Manhattan, New York City. The map is very small and isn't suited for sniping. It was released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 as part of Content Pack 6. It has been available for Call of Duty ELITE subscribers on the Xbox 360 since June 19, 2012. PS3 elite subscribers received it on July 19, 2012.

TriviaEdit

• The overall layout of the Black Ops II Zombies map Town is extremely reminiscent of the layout of Intersection, for example, the studio apartment is the Juggernog room, the movie theatre is the bank, and the jewelry store is the Stamin-Up room.
• If the player goes into the studio apartment above the pizza shop and look out the window into the apartment above the movie theater, a teddy bear can be seen sitting in an armchair.
• The map takes place at the intersection of Fulton Street and Schwarz Road.
• Some buildings can only be entered via spectator mode if the glass has been broken beforehand. Meanwhile, the windows of the barber shops cannot be broken.
• Some of the candies in the movie theatre are jokingly referenced to real-life candies, such as "C of D's" referencing "M&M's", and there is also "Sweet & Sexy" candy returning from its debut in Modern Warfare 2. The candy can be found in various MW2 multiplayer maps, such as Highrise.
• In the library area of the map, a shelf titled "Books for Short People" can be seen.
