Jason McCord was the former level designer for Treyarch and Infinity Ward that designed many levels for Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, Call of Duty 3, Call of Duty: World at War and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Biography[]

Jason McCord started his career as a level designer at Treyarch in December 2004 on Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. He worked on three Call of Duty titles at Treyarch before moving on to Infinity Ward in February 2008. During the development of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in April 2010, McCord left Infinity Ward following the 2010 departure of multiple Infinity Ward employees. He eventually took up an offer to join Respawn Entertainment as a level designer, following 45 other employees.
