Corporal Koopman is a medic in Call of Duty 2: Big Red One linked with the 1st Infantry. Cpl. Koopman is seen in "Piano Lupo", Sicily, pinned down behind a flipped Army jeep, together with a fellow dead soldier. He is then protected and ultimately rescued by Cpl. Roland Roger and his squad. Cpl. Koopman moves from his position as the player snipes enemy machine gunners and infantry. He is last seen treating a wounded soldier of a naval lesion, and is believed to survive.
