Mark Grigsby is a former Lead Animator, Animation Director, Co-Studio Head and currently the Studio Head of Infinity Ward.[2] He lent his likeness and voice to SSgt. Griggs in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and sings the song "Deep and Hard" during the credits.

Grigsby left Infinity Ward and joined Respawn Entertainment in 2010 to work on the Titanfall franchise. In 2017, he rejoined Infinity Ward as Animation Director and worked on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. In 2023, Grigsby was the Co-Studio Head of Infinity Ward, alongside Jack O'Hara before he became Studio Head in 2024.
