Quarter Master 1st Class McGinley was a member of the U.S. Navy in Call of Duty: World at War.
Biography

McGinley, in the mission "Black Cats", abandons his damaged and possibly sinking vessel during a surprise attack by Japanese PT Boats and A6M Zeroes. He can either be rescued by PO Locke, or he can be killed by enemy fire while swimming. If rescued, he will get into a bunk in the crew quarters in Locke's PBY Catalina.
