Sergeant Noyce is a British S.F.S.G troop and playable character who appears in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: Defiance. He assisted in the breaching of Hoover Dam to prevent Russian forces from compromising its interior. Where at the same place, he and his British allies meet the same fate.

MissionsEdit

Breaching Hoover DamEdit

In the mission "Dam Approach", Noyce assists in the breaching of the Russian occupied Hoover Dam who intend to compromise its interior to weaken the USA and its military force. He and the National Guard successfully eliminate most of the defenses around the area, and he along with two other British Special Forces Support Group ground troops, Capt. Hughes and Sgt. Cole, are mobilized to protect the interior of the Dam.

Interior and DeathEdit

In the mission "Lights Out", Noyce and his allies mobilize and breach the interior of Hoover Dam. Inside they encounter numerous Russian soldiers. Inside the Dam's first generator rooms, an explosive charge is found. He and Cole disarm it and the group proceeds deeper to find the second generator room.

In the second generator room the team eliminate the remaining troops in the interior and proceed to disarm another charge. However, Cole given his demolitions experience, warns his Hughes something does not appear to be right with the charge. Hughes, rushing the operation, ignores Cole and orders him and Noyce to disarm it. Noyce proceeds to disarm it while Cole objects, but before Cole can finish his objection the charge explodes destroying the generator room, with all three of them dying as they take the explosion head on.

TriviaEdit

• In the mission "Dam Approach" the player can aim their sights down to see Noyce's feet. His feet are the first pair (or foot, since his right foot is obstructed by his knee) of feet that belong to a protagonist shown in the DS titles.
• Noyce is the first playable character in the Call of Duty DS titles to have been scripted to die. (despite the fact that you can survive the blast on Recruit difficuty.)
