The One-One Operative is a playable character in the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare level "Mile High Club". Alongside One-One Team in this mission, he takes part in rescuing a VIP in an airplane. Upon reaching the main room, the hostage is seen being held as a human shield by an enemy Ultranationalist. The One-One operative kills the enemy, saving the hostage. Afterwards, a bomb is armed by the terrorists, prompting the team to jump out of the plane and parachute to safety with the hostage.
