"Additional Primary Attachment, and flinch less when shot."
— Basic Training description.

Primed was a basic training featured in Call of Duty: WWII, unlocked at level 32. It allows the player to equip a third attachment on their primary weapon, and reduces flinch received from enemy fire.

Similar to the Focus and Toughness perks of prior games, Primed allows players to reduce flinch whilst being damage by enemy fire, allowing greater control of sustained fire whilst in an active firefight, particularly with assault rifles and sniper rifles.

The extra attachment also serves its use, providing a third attachment for any equipped primary weapon. This effect also stacks with the Infantry III perk that allows a third attachment, increasing the maximum number of attachments on a gun to four.

In the November 29th, 2017 update, Primed's effectiveness at reducing flinch was nerfed substantially, to facilitate future tweaking of flinch values.[1]

Primed was removed on April 10th, 2018 with the Divisions Overhaul.[2]

TriviaEdit

  • The extra attachment aspect of this perk was previously granted with the Scoped basic training, as shown in the Armored Division briefing video, as well as with Infantry III in the Infantry Division briefing video. This was changed to Primed in the full version of the game.
