Pulsar is a payload for Phantom in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It highlights enemies, even through solid walls, which is useful for defensive play styles and aggressive play styles as well, but the charge time may make this payload less powerful for the latter. In gamemodes such as Search and Destroy, where being ready for the enemy is an absoloute must, this may be a powerful payload, since enemies can be spotted with very little effort, but this payload is balanced by having a longer charge time in Search and Destroy.
