- For the similarly named launcher, see RPG-7.
The RPG-22 is a Russian one-shot disposable anti-armor rocket launcher. It can be seen in both Call of Duty 4 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
The RPG-22 can be frequently seen strapped to the backs of Ultranationalist soldiers as well as some Russian Loyalists. The RPG-22 is unusable by the player and serves a purpose similar to the AT4, seen frequently on the backs of NPCs, such as the USMC. It serves only as an aesthetic to the game and characters.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
The RPG-22 can again be found strapped to the backs of Russian Ultranationalist and members of the Russian Armed Forces. Like in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, the RPG-22 only serves as an accessory to the NPC's skins.
