Raven Software is a video game developer that has produced content in conjunction with Treyarch on Call of Duty: Black Ops, with Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, with Infinity Ward and Neversoft on Call of Duty: Ghosts, with Sledgehammer Games on Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Call of Duty: WWII, and is the main development studio on Call of Duty Online, Activision's China initiative. Raven Software also assisted Treyarch in the core development of the multiplayer map Redwood in Call of Duty: Black Ops III. In 2016, they developed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, a remaster of the original Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, that was released as a special edition bonus for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Raven Software currently has 190 employees in the US and 20 in its Shanghai studio, was founded in 1990, and its headquarters is located in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.
