Readiness is a Common Gun Perk featured in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It allows the weapon to reload faster when the clip is empty. It increases the empty magazine reloading animation speed by 40%. It is the most useful on less ammo conservative weapons, allowing the user to eliminate enemies in between reloads with more reliability, or to quickly reload if the magazine were to quickly become empty in a firefight. It stacks with the faster reload time awarded with the perk Dexterity to create a rapidly reloading gun.
