Russia Camouflage is a camouflage featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II
In Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Russia camouflage is only featured in the game's Campaign. It appears to be a recolored version of the Flora Camo, seemingly for Urban/Arctic environments. It also bears a slight resemblance to the Siberia Camouflage from Call of Duty: Black Ops. It is unlocked by completing the Strike Force mission FOB Spectre.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
Russia Camouflage is a Common camouflage featured in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It is available for all weapons, however only available for a certain weapon category once unlocked for that category from a Supply Drop. It was added in the January 13th, 2017 update.
Before an update, Russia camouflage exhibited a different pattern, instead showing the colours of the respective flag in a striped pattern on the weapon, similar to all other flag camouflages. The current version of the camouflage resembles a repeating pattern of the Russian flag over the weapon.
