- She is the first playable female character in Zombies.
- She prefers SMG's above all else, a joke seeing as her initials are S.M.G.
- She seems to have a very good bond with Robert Englund and Danny Trejo, but seems to hate Michael Rooker.
- Like many other characters, she appears to like Juggernog, and to dislike Quick Revive.
- During Call of Duty XP, it was revealed that a new engine mechanic was created to make her ponytail move.
- Due to reused audio files, she sounds like a male when grunting.
- Her connection to zombies is in the fact that she played Buffy in the television series Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
- In the intro, Sarah has some bandage wrapped around her left arm, but during gameplay, it's in her right arm.
