Self Revive is an equipment featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's Spec Ops Survival, Special Ops Chaos, and the Mission Mode mission "Special Delivery", then featured in Call of Duty: Ghosts' Extinction and Chaos Mode, in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Exo Survival mode, in Call of Duty: WWII Nazi Zombies mode as a Consumable, in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II as part of it's Spec Ops mode, in Call of Duty: Warzone, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile as a utility, in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Zombies mode, and in the campaign of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3[]

The Self Revive appears in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 within Special Ops and Survival Mode.

Special Ops[]

Survival[]

In Survival Mode, the player has it at the beginning of the game in all but the Tier 4 maps, but must be bought again for $4000, if previously used. It is unlocked at level 13. To be revived, the player must kill one enemy or avoid being damaged for approximately 5 seconds. It is possible to die while trying to revive oneself, as the player has a red health indicator bar.

In Special Ops Chaos, each player is granted three at the start on each map and can get more from Care Package drops.

In Special Delivery, they can be obtained from Care Packages dropped from the V-22 Osprey.

Call of Duty: Ghosts[]

In Call of Duty: Ghosts, it functions the same as in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

In Extinction mode, the player gets one at the start in solo, and is given one more after reaching each new area in all story related missions. The maximum that can be held is three.

In Chaos Mode, each player gets three from the start. However, unlike Special Ops Chaos, the players cannot obtain more.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare[]

In Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, the player receives a self revive when playing by themselves in Exo Survival. It acts the same as previous versions except the player can only use the Atlas 45 when downed (even if the player owns a different pistol) and the player cannot melee when downed.

Call of Duty: WWII[]

Within Call of Duty: WWII, Self Revives return exclusively in the Nazi Zombies mode as a unique Consumable item. Unlike other Consumables, players will automatically take two Self Revive syringes into a match regardless if they have two other consumable items equipped.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare[]

A team self revive is available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to the Medic class in Spec Ops Operations.

Call of Duty: Warzone[]

The Self-Revive returns in Call of Duty: Warzone, which can be used by a downed player to get back on their feet. It can be bought at a Buy Station or found from loot crates or ground loot. In modes such as Iron Trials and Resurgence, the player is spawned in with a Self-Revive.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War[]

Self Revives return in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in the Zombies mode. When the player has one and goes down, they are able to freely use it by holding the "Use" button.

Self revives are able to be crafted on the Crafting Table for 250 High-End Salvage once unlocked at level 54. They can also rarely be dropped by enemies or from Aetherium Crystals, or given as a reward from Trials. However, players are only able to carry one at a time. The player will also receive a self revive at the start of a solo match.

Call of Duty: Vanguard[]

The Self Revive returns in Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies. It acts the same as it's predecessor however for a different cost.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II[]

Self-Revives return in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II's Spec Ops modes. It is available as a kit found from loot. A Medic can also use the Stim Pistol to revive downed players from a distance.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0[]

The Self-Revive returns in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 which, like in Warzone, can be used by a downed player to get back on their feet. They can be bought at a Buy Station or found from loot crates or ground loot. In modes Resurgence and Lockdown, the player is spawned in with a Self-Revive. Unlike the original Warzone, they can be stacked inside of a backpack, take up one slot each.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III[]

The Self Revive returns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III within both the campaign and in the Zombies mode. It functions like its predecessors.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3[]

  • As seen in the Survival Mode trailer, Self Revive was originally called Last Stand and was purchasable for $3000. It also was originally going to be represented by a syringe in the HUD.
