Soucy is a US Army Ranger soldier that appears in the level "Black Tuesday" in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. He is seen when the player exits their broken Humvee, and carries a wounded soldier to an adjacent damaged Humvee, where he proceeds to check his vitals. He doesn't follow the rest of the squad as they advance, and does not move from his position.
