Speed is a Weapon Proficiency in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Speed Proficiency increases the player's speed by 10%. It is only available for Sniper Rifles, Light Machine Guns, and the Riot Shield. The normal run speed for weapons is:
Sniper Rifles 90% (MSR, L118A, Dragunov) 80% (AS50, Barret .50cal, RSASS)
LMGs 80%
Riot Shield 80%
