I'm aware that Ice Cube tweeted his role in Black Ops, but IMDB credits Bowman's voice to Emerson Brooks, and this website has already been sourced for other actors. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 10:35, October 31, 2010 (UTC)

Navy SEAL?[]

How do we know Bowman was in the Navy SEALs, or was even in the Navy at all? I haven't seen any evidence of it ingame, and can't find any online, whereas it's very easy to find Woods's status as a Marine. 207.32.204.2 09:47, January 1, 2011 (UTC) Keegah

In one of the cutscenes for a mission (I forget which one), it shows a document with Bowman's information. Next to his name is CPO, which stands for Chief Petty Officer, a US Navy rank (E-7 to be specific). The only Navy personnel that would be deployed in a combat capacity with the SOG are SEALs. Trivia cleanup[]

I've integrated a number of trivia points into the main article and removed the bulk of the rest. The focus on trivia should be on the subject of the article and should be factual but not fickle. is he catholic?[]

Bowman catholic? If you noticed at the end of the boat segment in crash site, you see bowman do the "sign of the cross". does it say this in his intel anywhere?

Age[]

There's a problem with Bowman's DOB: it says he was born in 1940, yet the article also says that he was a Navy SEAL in Korea, which was 1950-1953. Anyone who can do the math can tell Treyarch screwed up on his personal info. LeafNinjaGoku 03:57, August 4, 2011 (UTC)

Crash Site[]

Although the player does cause Woods and Bowman to fire their M202s in Crash Site, I don't think that they can be considered as playable characters simply because of this (as someone recently added), do they? Ultimate94ninja ^{talk · contribs} 21:14, March 10, 2016 (UTC)

I would say that Mason is still the only playable character. The other two you can't move or control beyond that. I don't see what the big deal is. We've counted characters that aren't playable beyond controlling their POV. At least with Woods and Bowman, you can shoot stuff. Jykale (talk) 01:22, October 8, 2016 (UTC)
