Welcome to the new User Page of Metlman13.

I've decided to keep this one simple, unlike my last one. So where should I start?

I've been browsing this wiki now for 4 years, since not too long after MW2's announcement. As you can see, I started my own account back in October of 2010 (Just before Black Ops' release), so I have been a member here for nearly three years.

My formal introduction to Call of Duty came in the Spring of 2009. At that time, I was in 6th grade, and got World at War on my DS, as people at my school were talking about how good it was, and since I only had a DS and a Wii, I got the game for the DS. A year before, I had gotten Medal of Honor: Vanguard, so I was just getting into FPS games at the time.

I played the DS game, finished through it, and eventually summer came. I hung out with my friend in the summer at his house, and we often would play World at War on his brother's PS3. Needless to say, it became the thing to do. We would often boot up Multiplayer, he'd be chillin with one of his new guns, and I'd usually roll with a Type 100. We also would do Split-Screen Zombies, and see how long we could last.

I started using IGN around that time, so I looked up MW2 news and info, and watched the E3 demo for it. I had played a small bit of Call of Duty 4 at that point, so I was looking forward to this new Modern Warfare. So it came to pass that my friend and I would play World at War, discuss upcoming Zombie maps, and talk about cool additions to MW2.

The following summer was much the same, but we played MW2 instead. We did play Shi No Numa though in that time.

The summer of 2011 was also this way, and along with 2009 was a good summer. We'd play Black Ops, watch American Ninja Warrior, listen to a Top 40 Radio Station, and even play some Skate.

I've since split ways with that friend (we just weren't really close anymore), and I played MW3 somewhat in 2012. Black Ops I haven't bought, and probably won't buy, although I do plan on getting a Wii U, depending on what games are there for it.

So there you have it, my long (yet short) history with Call of Duty. Most of what I've seen in the series has already been added already, so that explains why I have a relatively low amount of edits. I mostly comment on blogs, or go on Chat. Chat used to be a nightly addiction for me, but as users started leaving, it just wasn't the same without them. I eventually left the wiki back in November and started frequently using /v/, but now I have no mainstay website, so I just drift between my old websites.

Oh, and before you ask, I am a former brony. I stopped watching the show around November, because I didn't have the time or the interest to watch MLP anymore.
