Main points -
- Logged in users will have access to the new look on October 6th.
- On October 20th, the new look will be default. It will be possible to use monaco up to the 3rd November, when monaco is completely removed.
- A theme designer tool will go live for beta testers tomorrow. I'll have a go at designing a theme for the wiki when I get my hands on this tool.
- Admins can no longer disable core features for all users, therefore things like disabling the blog function, removing "image added by" on thumbnails and altering the fixed width cannot be done.
This new look, if you didn't know is not optional. All wikis will use this new look, and it's up to you to adapt to it. There will be no going back to the look we're using now.
