E3 is done, and Respawn Entertainment's project was finally revealed to be Titanfall. Titanfall looks to be a Multiplayer-based FPS with special focus on mechs. As we all know, Respawn consistes mostly of developers who left Infinity Ward back in 2010, led by Jason West and Vince Zampella. This group has arguably never created a bad game (Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2).
Meanwhile, Inifinity Ward has now moved on past the Modern Warfare series, and has recovered from the 2010 split. Their new project, Call of Duty: Ghosts, has a somewhat post-apocalyptic feel to it. Call of Duty has been a juggernaut franchise ever since Call of Duty 4, and this title looks like it will continue Call of Duty's massive fame.
Both titles will be launched on 8th gen consoles. Titanfall will be on Xbox One and PC, and Call of Duty: Ghosts will be Xbox One, PS4, Wii U, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
Edit: Two more options added.
