Even though IW is probably going to end it with MW3, I'm bored enough to make this. Instead of classified weapons I think there should be classic weapons, so I'm putting those down too.
Classic Assault rifle:

Bayonet (I don't care if their not in service anymore)

Hacking radio (Use on a dead enemy to steal a random killstreak from them)

Jammer- turns off enemy maps; 5 kills
Reaper missiles: three predator missiles: 5 kills
Care package - 5 kills
Blackhawk support (circles designated area and shoots enemies, 1 flare) 7 kills

Tactical missile (large radius; one missile) 9 kills
Chopper gunner - 9 kills
Tank support (rides around map firing at enemies; takes 3 RPG's to kill) - 11 kills
strategic bunker buster (select one building to bomb, kills all within.) -11 kills
Dogs - 11 kils
AC130 - 13 kills
EMP - 15 kills
sniper team (snipers outside map fire at enemies; lasts 1 minute) - 17 kills
Backup (sends in a 5 man squad to back up team) - 17 kills
Stingball Grenade (Does small amount of damage and immobilizes enemies)
Surplus: Pick up ammo from dead enemes.
Pro:Carry more ammo and get more from Backpacks.
Hermes: Run Faster
Pro:Jump higher, reduces time needed to bring up weapon after sprinting.
Hidden: Immune to UAV
Pro:Immune to Radar and Beacon, no name when aimed at
Surveillance: Small radar surronding you.
Pro: Jams enemy's minimap near you.
Support: One less kill to get killstreaks.
Pro: A double kill counts as 3 kills and onwards.
Tough Shell: Reduces Damage from explosions.
Pro: Do more damage against killstreaks, Throw grenades farther and faster.
Quickdraw: Reload faster
Pro: ADS faster.
Arms Dealer: Two attachments on weapon.
Pro: Two attachments on secondary, Carry 1 more lethal and special grenade.
Focus: Better aim from hip.
Pro: Switch weapons faster, Recover faster from knifing.
Sniper: Allows you to hold breath longer.
Pro: Allows you to aim the scope faster.
Spec ops: Allows you to toggle thermal goggles.
Pro: Flashed and stunned enemies show up on hud.
Sneaky: Reduces sound from steps
Pro: Completely silences character, except for gun.
Intelligence: See enemy equipment.
Pro: Hack enemy equipment and get notified if an enemy places equipment nearby.
Runner: Increases sprint time
Pro: sprint forever
Fireproof: Reduces damage from fire and time spent on fire
Pro: Completely immune to fire.
Painkiller: Reduces flinch when shot.
Pro: Reduces shellshock effect.
