Juggernaut EPIC FAIL

Ok guys, i was playing Infected, was the First Infected, and then killed a guy. But i also died in the charge.remember, we all have juggernaut suits. So, i nail a juggernaut 10 times at close range with a shotgun, and use Dead man's hand on him when he is right above me and guess what? he SURVIVES. The question is, can juggernauts survive getting shot 10 times(or 40 because of all the pellets) and getting blown up?
