This tactic is mostly for fun, and ONLY for Team Deathmatch or Cage Match.
First, you want to have enough compitent and loyal teammates to do what you (kindly) say. Get the upper hand by winning, then all the teammates hide in the same spot. Not moving or firing a round. The enemies wont be able to find you (unless you have a bad hiding spot) and they cant take the lead. Almost a garunteed win if you hide long enough.
BTW, H.A.L. stands for Hiding and Laughing.
