Call of Duty: Ghosts is to launch of an unprecedented six consoles at launch: the Wii U, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC. According to Mark Rubin, however, it's the PC that's going to look best.
"PC is taking a different tack from previous games [in the series,]" Rubin told Kotaku during a phone interview earlier this week. "Now, PC has its own set of assets ... It's going to look better than any Call of Duty we've ever made on PC." While the Xbox One and Playstation 4 will obviously look better than their predecessors, Rubin said, "They're actually using an even higher version in many cases than the next-gen consoles, from a texture standpoint."
Graphics aside however, Rubin stated that all gameplay elements would remain the same across the platforms, with Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 players being able to transfer multiplayer progress over to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
