Some help with your class Edit

Marathon is much better than Bling. Even if you knife a ton with this class, the ability to sprint forever will make knifing much easier than a slightly faster stab. Also, you could instead grab a Stinger launcher (VERY useful), a silenced PP2000, or silenced Striker (very underrated).

Lightweight sucks without Marathon. Since it multiplies movement speed, the faster you are, the more effective it is. So I would NEVER use it without Marathon, and I would rarely use it with an LMG or Riot Shield. But since you should have a UMP and Marathon, you will already be very fast. Cold-Blooded will be much more useful (unless this is for Search and Destroy).

Last Stand doesn't even compare to Ninja or Commando. If you are doing a ton of moving around, no fall damage and a longer melee range are both very useful even without the Tac Knife. Plus, battles are usually pretty loud, so a lot of people don't notice footsteps (unless this is for Search and Destroy, in which case Ninja is the best perk ever). But, Ninja also lets you hear enemies better since your own footsteps don't interfere. Overall I would say that Commando is slightly more useful, but both are good.

For Equipment, I would say Semtex or Throwing Knife.

For Special, go with Stun. Very useful in direct confrontations or for rushing into a room filled with enemies and preventing them from reacting so that you can take them all out.

For your Deathstreak, go with Painkiller or Final Stand. Painkiller may not last long, but it only takes 3 deaths and gives you a shitload of health for that first 10 seconds. Great if you are getting spawn killed or if you are rushing around a lot (which you should be doing). And Final Stand is just way better than Martyrdom.
