"Steady Comrades, defeat your fear, and the enemy will be easy."
— Vassili Kulikov

Corporal Vassili[1] Kulikov (Russian: Василий Куликов) was a soldier who fought in World War II in the Red Army.

Game Info[]

He is first seen in the first Russian Campaign level where he is to exit a train car on a temporary railhead near Botonov wielding a standard Mosin-Nagant Bolt-action Rifle. He has seen combat before in the Battle of Stalingrad, he tells his comrades in his squad to not worry and that if they did that, the enemy would be easy. He enters the ammunition bunker to get Mosin-Nagant ammo and Grenades. He helps the force hold back the German assault and retake the left flank. He also helps Yuri take out a group of Elefant Tanks under order of Sgt. Antonov. He also helps take a village and hold it until reinforced. He was involved in the assault on Ponyri and the taking of its factory. He is missing for a brief period due to Yuri's transfer to the 5th Guards Tank Division but is in the taking of Kharkov now in the 15h Guards Rifle Division. He covers Miesha Korolov and Yuri while they spot targets for the Russian artillery. He survives the taking of Kharkov and is relieved when the troop train arrives, pushing the Germans out. It is not known of his fate after the end of the game.

Trivia[]
