The Winner's Circle is a feature in Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: WWII where the top three players of the winning team (or game if in a Free-for-All gametype) get to be seen standing next to each other showing off their weapon of choice (in Black Ops III and WWII) or their Combat Rig's first Payload (in Infinite Warfare), saying a quote/do a special (in Black Ops III) and being able to do a taunt.
