"Is that the new radio? Good. The observers are in the tower on the other side of the station."
— Zakhar Ivanov greeting Lt. Badanov

Private Zakhar Ivanov was a Red Army soldier who fought in the Battle of Stalingrad during World War II, as seen in Call of Duty: Finest Hour. He worked with Pvt. Vanya and used a PPSh-41.

Biography

On October 3rd, 1942, Ivanov and Vanya fought inside the Stalingrad train station, which was heavy in German infantry at the time, and waited for a new radio to be delivered after Pvt. Bagramyan's radio broke. Once Lt. Badanov arrived at the station with a new radio, Ivanov greeted him and led him to the top of the station to Bagramyan's forward observation post.
